What matters most is how we deal with it.\n\nWhen tensions become entrenched, conversations grow more difficult, or positions harden, collaboration can quickly come to a standstill.<\/p><p data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"708\">At first glance, conflicts often appear to be about factual issues that need to be resolved. In reality, they are usually rooted in the way people work together \u2013 and in the human dynamics behind the issue.\n\nWhen these underlying dynamics remain unaddressed, sustainable collaboration becomes difficult.\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"969\">I help teams and leaders address conflict in a structured way \u2013 openly, respectfully, and with a clear focus on what matters.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"1mknr7l\" data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1003\"><strong>Conflict support can be helpful when \u2026<\/strong><\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1329\">conversations are going in circles or have stopped altogether.<\/li><li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1329\">tensions within the team are clearly felt.<\/li><li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1329\">individual team members are in conflict.<\/li><li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1329\">trust has been damaged.<\/li><li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1329\">decision-making is blocked.<\/li><li data-start=\"1055\" data-end=\"1329\">collaboration is under strain.<\/li><\/ul><p><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1358\">How I work:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>I go where things get complicated.<\/p><p>I create a clear framework in which everyone is heard and difficult issues can be addressed openly.<\/p><p>I work in a structured and impartial way, with a clear focus on understanding and resolution rather than blame.<\/p><p>The goal is to build understanding, clarify perspectives, and enable workable agreements.<\/p><p>I am trained in Conflict Clarification according to the method developed by Dr. Christoph Thomann.<\/p><p data-section-id=\"hvqlod\" data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1821\"><strong><span role=\"text\">What Will Be Different<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p data-section-id=\"hvqlod\" data-start=\"1796\" data-end=\"1821\">Conflicts are no longer avoided but addressed openly. Misunderstandings are clarified, perspectives become visible, and mutual understanding grows.
