Conflict Consulting
Conflict is a natural part of working together. What matters most is how we deal with it. When tensions become entrenched, conversations grow more difficult, or positions harden, collaboration can quickly come to a standstill.
At first glance, conflicts often appear to be about factual issues that need to be resolved. In reality, they are usually rooted in the way people work together – and in the human dynamics behind the issue. When these underlying dynamics remain unaddressed, sustainable collaboration becomes difficult.
I help teams and leaders address conflict in a structured way – openly, respectfully, and with a clear focus on what matters.
Conflict support can be helpful when …
- conversations are going in circles or have stopped altogether.
- tensions within the team are clearly felt.
- individual team members are in conflict.
- trust has been damaged.
- decision-making is blocked.
- collaboration is under strain.
How I work:
I go where things get complicated.
I create a clear framework in which everyone is heard and difficult issues can be addressed openly.
I work in a structured and impartial way, with a clear focus on understanding and resolution rather than blame.
The goal is to build understanding, clarify perspectives, and enable workable agreements.
I am trained in Conflict Clarification according to the method developed by Dr. Christoph Thomann.
What Will Be Different
Conflicts are no longer avoided but addressed openly. Misunderstandings are clarified, perspectives become visible, and mutual understanding grows. This lays the foundation for new agreements and makes collaboration possible again.
Framework:
- Conflicts Between Individuals and Within Teams
- Facilitated conversations and structured conflict clarification processes (typically two half-day sessions).
- Confidential and impartial, with equal attention to all perspectives
If you feel that a conflict needs to be addressed, feel free to get in touch.
